Embroidered patches can be produced in any shape or size needed. For the letters to be legible, the size of letters should be at least 3/16” high on twill background, or 1/4” high on heavier fabric background or stitched background.

2. ダイカットパッチにはオーバーロックの縁がありません。ステッチの有無にかかわらず、端には背景素材が透けて見えます。これらのラベルの形状は、規則的なものからわずかに不規則なものまで様々です。
3. 不規則な形のパッチには、ホットカットが最適です。端の生地は完全に切り取られているため、ほつれることはありません。ヒートシールの裏地が付いたヒートカット刺繍パッチは、直接刺繍の代わりに最適です。
